Smart Electrics founder Alastair Toal served 9 years as a customer service engineer in the British Telecom/Openreach Thames-way area providing telephone & data services on behalf of BT, Sky, TalkTalk etc. Alastair was trained as a multi skilled BT telecommunication engineer and was involved with home, business, rail, water and power communications, undertaking works from the exchange to the customers equipment via overhead and underground routes.

We can help with any type of business premises, including but not limited to office buildings, industrial warehouses, farms and agricultural buildings in Basingstoke and the surrounding area. We also have significant experience working in medical facilities, doctors surgeries and aged-care homes. We have been trained to work amongst vulnerable people and those at risk where dementia awareness, infection control and patient/resident confidentiality is a safety priority.
