If you experience a loss of power please report it to 105 and keep updated with weather warnings, local news and social media.
The 105 helpline was developed by the UK’s electricity industry as a single telephone number for people anywhere in Britain to contact their electricity network operator to report a power cut or safety concerns, or receive reassurance during a blackout.
If the worst happens please keep away from any damaged electrical equipment, flood water within your property, and downed power lines outside until the electricity has been isolated safely – if in doubt call 105.
